As part of the lecture series, Dr. Nikolai A. Behr informed participants about crisis communication. This topic is not only relevant to the IT industry. <strong>In particular, hacker attacks and security vulnerabilities can have serious consequences for affected companies.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">To keep the damage as low as possible, preventive crisis training can be particularly helpful. Mistakes made during a crisis can have a particularly serious impact on companies. <strong>Therefore, it is important to identify possible risks and communication strategies in advance.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Crisis training simulates a realistic emergency and shows step by step how to act effectively rather than simply react. <strong>At the same time,<\/strong> key messages and communication goals are thoroughly examined and revised.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Interview and media training<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Through various interview situations, participants gain the necessary routine and confidence. The central element of the exercises is always one thing: <strong>credibility<\/strong>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Furthermore, the course of a crisis is simulated in realistic scenarios. How and with which messages can I reach all relevant target groups?
