Cancellation Policy:
In the event of a cancellation or rescheduling up to 10 calendar days before the start of production, the production day is generally not billed, but all preparatory work incurred up to that point will be billed. Cancellation or postponement after 9 calendar days incurs a charge of 50% of the quoted amount for the production day, plus all preparatory work incurred up to that point.
